Cím: Legal and Policy Dimensions of Using Digital Technologies to Monitor and Manage Working Time in the EU
Absztrakt: The purpose of this article is to study the current state of legal regulation of the useof digital technologies for monitoring and managing working time in the EU andindividual Member States. The purpose involves fulfilling the following researchtasks: to analyze the regulatory framework of France, Germany, Spain, and Italy; tocompare their national laws and Ukrainian and EU legislation in the field of laborrelations; to evaluate litigations and possible risks related to the digital monitor-ing of working time; and to make recommendations for improving the regulatoryframework in this area. The scientific novelty of this article concerns comprehen-sive legal analysis and recommendations aimed at increasing the clarity of reg-ulatory policy in the field of labor relations. The developed legislative proposalsand ethical recommendations that can become the basis for shaping future employ-ment law policies signify the practical value of this article.
