Cím: Egy okos Pécs felé Absztrakt: Miközben az okos város közpolitikai szinten az európai unióban és hazánkban is önálló területként megjelent, a hazai urbanisztika elméleti diskurzusai és a településtervezési eszközrendszere erről még nem vett tudomást. Pedig egy ágazatinak kezelt eszközzel nem tudunk az információs kor városának rendszerszerű kihívására reagálni. Ez a tanulmány egyszerre szeretné ezért provokálni a településtervezés elméletet és az okos város tervezési gyakorlatát azzal, hogy Pécs esetében igyekszik végiggondolni, hogy milyen is lehetne egy okos Pécs stratégia. Cím: Towards a smarter Pécs Absztrakt: While smart city policies have appeared on EU and national level, they have not really influenced the theoretical discourses of urbanism and the planning institutions by which we plan our cities. If we treat the smart city concept however as a merely technological and sectoral problem, we cannot properly respond to the systemic urban challenges of the information age. This study aims to provoke the theoretical debates of urbanism and the planning practice by they should be translated into collective and cooridnated actions, by envisioning the smart city strategy of Pécs.
