Alcím: mi derül ki a térbeli információkból?
Absztrakt: Napjaink információs társadalmában kiemelten lényeges változásként értékelhető a térhez való viszonyunk átalakulása. Az IKT eszközök és szolgáltatások általános bővülésén túl egyre nagyobb igény mutatkozik az információk egy különös halmazára, a térbeli információkra is. A térbeli információk használatának elterjedtségét a társadalmi igények, a keletkező térbeli tartalom minősége, mennyisége vagy használhatósága is befolyásolja, sőt ezek vizsgálatából inverz módon épp az információs társadalom fejlettségi szintjére, a fejlődés előrehaladására lehet következtetni. Jelentanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy az információs társadalom egyenlőtlenségeit milyen térbeli vonások jellemzik, melyek a térbeli információhasználat különbségei, s vajon mi derül ki a térbeli információs nyomokból a társadalomföldrajzi differenciákat illetően.

Absztrakt: A particularly important change of recent information society can be experienced in the alteration of people’s relation to spatiality. Beyond general diffusion of ICT tools and services an increasing demand is shown regarding a specific group of information, namely the spatial information. The penetration of using spatial information is influenced by social demand, and also by the quality, the quantity and the usability of spatial content, from which it is just possible to draw conclusion on the development level and the progression of the information society. This study examines what spatial motives are characterising the inequalities of information society, what differences are observable in spatial information usage, and what can be explored from digital signs of spatial information regarding socio-geographical differences.
