Title: Az igazgatók szerepe a tanulási környezet informatizált fejlesztésében Abstract: A tanulmány korábbi felmérések eredményeit foglalja össze.

Title: The role of school principals in developing "informatized" learning environments Abstract: This paper summarizes the results of a series of interviews and questionnaire surveys done to collect the opinions of leaders and teachers of schools that were among the first to deliberately develop "informatized" learning environments and made significant progress in the implementation of ICT. It was examined how respondents assessed current learning conditions, and what goals, aims, and images of the future characterize the work of individuals playing a key role in the introduction of ICT in the schools. In summary, a "snapshot" picture is presented of locally initiated, decentralized ongoing school development programs led by those who regard the establishment of ICT as fundamental means in the modernization of school learning environments. Progressive management represents a significant local potential for innovation, which can be utilized as a firm basis for central professional development projects financed by the government.
