| Abstract |
A paksi atomerőmű bővítésének deliberációja nem kizárólag a parlamentben, pódiumbeszélgetések vagy vitadélutánok alkalmával zajlik, hanem az interneten is. Paks 2 diskurzusa polilogikus, vagyis sok szereplő, eltérő pozíciókban különböző helyszíneken kommunikál. Politikai pártok, ipari vállalatok, kutató- és szakpolitikai intézetek, környezetvédők és atomenergiával foglalkozó társaságok a honlapjaikon hyperlinkeken keresztül képesek kapcsolatok kialakítására. A tanulmány az IssueCrawler szoftver segítségével azonosítja az online tevékenységük alapján releváns szereplőket, vizualizálja a szereplők hyperlinkhálózatát, valamint a szereplők honlapjainak kvalitatív elemzésével támogatóként vagy kritikusként kategorizálja a közöttük lévő hyperlinkkapcsolatokat. A kutatás célja a virtuális vitatér koncepciójának értelmezése Paks 2 példáján keresztül.

| Abstract (translation) |
The debate on the expansion of the Paks nuclear power plant does not only take place in the Parliament, at roundtables or public forums but on the Internet as well. The discourse on Paks 2 is polylogical as multiple players pursue various positions across many places. Political parties, companies, scientific and expert institutes, environmentalists and pro-nuclear associations have the opportunity to connect with each other on their websites with hyperlinks. This paper utilizes the IssueCrawler software to identify the relevant actors based on their online activities, visualizes their hyperlink network, and with the qualitative analysis of their websites categorizes the hyperlinks as cordial or critical. This paper aims to examine the concept of virtual debate-space with the Paks 2 issue.
