Abstract: A tanulmány célja a precíziós medicina modelljének ismertetése, és annak elemzése, hogy milyen kihívásokkal kell szembenéznie a precíziós medicina szemléletének a ,,big genomic data” korában. A cikk kitér arra, hogy lehet biztosítani a precíziós medicina genetikai adatszükségletét, és melyek azok a potenciális tényezők, amelyek ezt akadályozzák.

Title: Some legal and social challenges of precision medicine in the age of „big genomic data”.
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the model of precision medicine and to analyze the challenges that this faces in the era of „big genomic data”. The article discusses how it is possible to ensure the genetic data needs of precision medicine and what are the potential factors that hinder this goal.
