Title: A magyar nemzeti adatvagyon jelentősége a bűnüldöző szervek munkája során
Abstract: A tanulmányban az elektronikus adatok (digitális nyomok) nem a nyílt, bárki által megismerhető területek (például: internet, Big Data) vagy a piac, a profitszerzés szemszögéből kerülnek górcső alá, hanem a bűnüldözés oldaláról. A vizsgálat arra irányul, hogyan kellene kiaknázni az állami szervek és a bürokrácia területén működtetett több ezer nyilvántartásban meglévő digitális adatot, illetve megteremteni a hazai nemzeti adatvagyon újrahasznosítását, egyben a gyors információáramlást. A tanulmány bemutatja a magyar nemzeti adatvagyon fontosságát, és kizárólag a rendőrség (rendészeti szervek) oldaláról vizsgálja a már meglévő és folyamatosan növekvő adattömeg jelentőségét, amely a nyomozás metodikájára és eredményességére is hatással lehet

Title: The importance of national data assets in the work of law enforcement agencies
Abstract: In the study, electronic data (digital traces) are not examined from the point of view of open areas known to anyone (eg the Internet, Big Data) or from the point of view of the market, making a profit, but from the point of view of law enforcement. The study focuses on how the digital data in the thousands of registers operated by public organizations and the bureaucracy should be exploited and the re-use of domestic national data assets should be created, as well as the rapid flow of information. The study presents the significance of hungarian national data assets, examines the significance of the already existing and constantly growing mass of data only from the point of view of the police (law enforcement agencies), which may also affect the methodology and effectiveness of the investigation.
