Title: Javaslat egy közép-kelet-európai képzési piac kialakítására
Abstract: Az eTankönyv, az eTananyag és az eTanfolyam kifejezések az átlagember számára gyakran egyet jelentenek a .pdf formátumban elmentett dokumentumokkal. Ritkán, de ez a jelenség megfigyelhető a magyar eTananyag-fejlesztésben is. E tanulmány amellett érvel, hogy szigorú kategóriákat kell felállítani annak érdekében, hogy a magyar eLearning a folyamatos építkezés útjára léphessen. Ennek érdekében bemutatjuk az eLearning területén tapasztalható legfrissebb trendeket (MOOC, blended learning, flipped classroom stb.). Ezután az oktatási tartalmak országos egységesítésének egyre sürgetőbb igényét és lehetőségeit vizsgáljuk meg, aminek a végén javaslatot teszünk egy kelet-közép-európai oktatási piac kialakítására.

Title: Proposal for the development of a Central Eastern European learning market
Abstract: For average people, phrases like eTextbook, eLearning material and eLearning course are often equivalent with documents saved in portable document format (pdf). Although not frequently, but this phenomenon can be observed in the Hungarian eLearning material development process, as well. This study argues that strict categories have to be defined in order to enable Hungarian eLearning to head toward continuous improvement. To support this argument, we introduce the latest eLearning trends (MOOC, blended learning, flipped classroom, etc.), then, we investigate the more and more urgent need for the national standardization of teaching materials and the possibilities of this process. Finally, we outline a proposal for the development of a Central and Eastern European learning market.
