Title: A tudás alapú társadalom és a szerzői jogból mint tudásgazdaságból eredő jövedelem
Abstract: A szerző az információs társadalom fogalmi megközelítésétől kiindulva, a tudástársadalom és tudásgazdaság vázlatos ismertetésén keresztül eljut a szerzői jog tudásiparának, továbbá a szerzői alkotások anyagi dimenzióinak bemutatásához. A tanulmány arra ad választ, hogy definiálhatók-e egy ország szerzői kreatív iparágai, mérhető-e ezek teljesítménye, továbbá milyen súlyt képviselnek a nemzetgazdaságban.

Title: Copyright law and income in the knowledge based society
Abstract: Starting with a conceptual approach, the author describes the main characteristics of the knowledge economy and using this framework outlines the questions of copyright and income in knowledge industries. The article answers the following questions: is it possible to define the creative industries of a country and to measure their performance and share in the economy?
