Cím: Gyógyítás vagy tanácsadás a távgyógyászat? Absztrakt: Jelen cikk szerzője arra keresi a választ, hogy a mindinkább mediatizálódó társadalom milyen hatással van a hagyományos orvos-beteg kapcsolatokra és a kommunikációs attitűdökre. A gyógyítás, befolyásolás sikere az orvos szociális képességein (is) múlik, azon, hogy hogyan tudja alakítani a beteg egészséggel és betegséggel kapcsolatos attitűdjeit. A sikeres befolyásoláshoz mindeddig szükség volt a nonverbális jelekre is, az állandó visszacsatolásra, betegkövetésre. Ezek azonban az internetes kommunikáció során szükségszerűen elmaradnak. Beszélhetünk-e ebben az új helyzetben gyógyításról, vagy csupán tanácsadásról van szó? Kulcsszavak: e-health, e-egészségügy, felhasználói motivációk

Cím: Telemedicine: healing or guidance? Absztrakt: What kind of effect of the traditional doctor patient relationship has on contacts with all much media society? How the media and the internet usage affect these more millennial contacts and the communicational attitudes? In the traditional doctor patient relationship contact, there is a strong emotional involvation, because the doctor is in a direct connection with the patient’s body, from time to time.the anamnesis may gain an insight into the intimate stories in the course of its uptake with the patient’s body. In this new situation we may talk about cure not just counsel merely. The patient still will be in dependency relation in the future, but the public health slow service provider turning into a system, requires new behaviours, from the part of both halves. To this cause, it is essential the suitable self-managing and the marketing system, but on this part even the health care – hygienic employees should be more trained.
