Title: Az értelmiség új felelőssége a kommunikáció korában
Abstract: Pierre Lévy a kollektív intelligencia és a digitális hálózatokban kibontakozó hipertextuális kommunikáció felől közelítve foglalkozik az értelmiség felelősségével a Le Monde Diplomatique magyar kiadásában megjelent rövid írásában, ami jelentős figyelmet váltott ki a magyarországi gondolkodók körében is. Cikkét különböző területeken működő neves hazai szakemberek kommentárjaival együtt közöljük újra, kis ajánlott olvasmánylistával kiegészítve a benne szereplő kulcsfogalmak hátterének megvilágítására az értelmiség társadalmi funkciói, a nooszféra és Lévy új metanyelve témakörében.

Title: New responsibilities of intellectuals in the epoch of communication

Abstract: In his short article published in Le Monde Diplomatique - Hungary, Pierre Levy deals with the responsibility of intellectuals, from the perspective of recently emerging hypertextual communication in digital networks. The article raised considerable attention among Hungarian thinkers, too. Here, we re-publish his article together with comments of several renowned Hungarian experts and scientists working in various fields. In order to illuminate the background of some key concepts in this context, we also include a short reading list on Levy's new meta-language, noo-sphere, and the social functions of intellectuals.
