Title: Magyar tudáspolitikai vízió
Subtitle: Az információs társadalom értelmezése, különös tekintettel az NHIT állásfoglalására
Abstract: A tanulmány az információs társadalom (ITá) különféle értelmezéseinek szempontjait a rendszerszemlélet jegyében és a filozófia, a struktúra, a politika és a kontextus nézőpontjából tárgyalja. Bemutatja az ITá rendszerprioritásait a kormányzás, a gazdaság és a társadalmasiasítás szempontjából. Az európai és a magyar ITá-modell gondjait az innováció és a K+F példáján elemzi és rámutat az európai fejlődésideológia hiányára. Végül táblázatos formában közölt adatokkal kíván segítséget adni a magyar ITá-modell kialakításához, a lehetséges mintát nyújtó modellállamok releváns jellemzőinek bemutatásával.

Title: The vision of Hungarian knowledge policy
Subtitle: the interpretation of information society, with special regard to the approach of NHIT
Abstract: Using a systems approach, the author of the paper presents various interpretations of the term „information society” (IS). In his paper, several aspects of the subject are dealt with from philosophical, structural, political and contextual perspectives. Besides, system priorities of IS on the part of government, economy and socialization are also introduced. Furthermore, the author presents, through examples of innovation, some actual troubles of the European and the Hungarian IS-models. He also refers to the failure of development ideology concerning these models.
