Abstract: Az INFONIA Alapítvány 2005 tavaszán összetett kutatási programot indított a magyarországi civil szervezetek körében. A tanulmány ennek a kutatás-sorozatnak a fókuszcsoportos beszélgetések formájában lebonyolított részét ismerteti és értékeli. A beszélgetések a magyar információs társadalom fejlettségéről és főbb problémáiról szóltak, s feltárták a meghívott kulcsszereplők nézeteit arra vonatkozóan, hogy Magyarországon kik tehetnek a legtöbbet az előbbre jutásért ezen a téren, és a civil szervezetek milyen szerepet játszhatnak a folyamatokban. A kutatás legfontosabb megállapítása, hogy az egyes szektorokban azonosítható „szereplővilágok” közötti kötőanyagot éppen azok a civil aktorok, legfőképpen a „félig civilek” adhatják, akiknek átjárásuk van a szereplővilágok között, mivel egyidejűleg többszörös identitásuk van.
Title: The embedment and perception of civil organizations working for the information society, from the perspective of various groups
Abstract: In the spring of 2005 the research team of INFONIA Foundation conducted a comprehensive research on the ongoing transition of the civil sector in Hungary, documenting the emergence and the mission of the civil organizations which are focussing their activities on the information society. This paper gives an account on the fourth phase of the research program, in which the views of distinguished actors of the public, the private, the civil, and the academic sectors on Hungarian civil organizations and their activities were investigated, focussing on mutual relationships of the key actors with the method of focus group inquiry, involving the experts mentioned above (in four focus groups). The most important finding of the inquiry is that the „cement" to hold together the actors responsible for development (the state, the private sector, the academic world, and the civic sphere) can be provided by those civil (and especially „semi-civil") personae who are familiar with the worlds of several sectors because they have multiple identities.
