Title: A Wilson-gyémánt civil tengelyeinek magyarországi előtörténetéhez
Abstract: A tanulmány a modernizáció négy aktorát (Gazdaság – Politika – Tudomány – Civilitás) hat csatornán keresztül összekapcsoló Wilson-gyémánt (és különösen a civil csúcsból induló három tengely) történetét tekinti át, 1777-től napjainkig. A magyar Wilson-tengelyek négy szakaszra osztható históriájából kiemelkedik a Tudomány és a Civilitás között kiépült gyümölcsöző kölcsönhatás-rendszer, ami a leghosszabb ideje működő, legkiegyensúlyozottabb és legtöbb eredményt felmutató modernizációs csatornának tekinthető. Stratégiai értéke emiatt óriási, s miután ezt a Gazdaság józanul ki is használja, már csak a Politikának kellene felismernie és adekvát beavatkozási programokká konvertálnia.
Title: On the Hungarian history of the civil axes in Wilson's diamond structure
Abstract: The paper, from an historical perspective, detects the functioning of Wilson's diamond structure, representing the interconnectivity of the four key actors of modernization through six channels, back to the year 1777, with special regard to the three axes that meet in the vertex of civil society In the history of Hungarian efforts in this respect pre-eminence should be attributed to the interaction between the Academic and the Civil sectors of society, which for the longest period of time has been the most effective and well-balanced channel of modernization. Therefore, its strategic value is enormous, and since the Business sector has already been taking advantage of this potential in a smart way, it is highly desirable that the Public sector should also realize it, and launch appropriate subvention projects.
