Title: Internet a „végeken”, avagy meddig ér a szupersztráda?
Subtitle: Internet-kultúra és Internet-használat a falusi iskolákban
Abstract: Az internet és az információs társadalom "határvidékein" helyezkednek el a kistelepülések, amelyeket többek között a telekommunikációs infrastruktúra fejletlensége gátol abban, hogy felzárkózzanak a nagyobb közösségekhez. Tanulmányunkban a kistelepülések iskoláinak helyzetét vizsgáljuk az információs és kommunikációs technikai eszközök elterjedésének és alkalmazásának szempontjából. Kutatási eredményekre támaszkodva választ keresünk arra a kérdésre is, hogy milyen nehézségek akadályozzák az internet felhasználását és általában a számítógéppel segített oktatási és tanulási módszerek terjedését.

Subtitle: (Internet culture and Internet utilization in rural school)
Abstract: At the outskirts of the information society, there are small settlements not yet penetrated with the Internet, which ate hindered by the lack of telecommunications infrastructure in catching up with the larger communities. This paper analyzes the situation of instruction in the smaller villages from the point of view of the spread and the utilization of novel communications and information technologies. Based on the results of recent research, the author seeks answers to the questions of what difficulties hinder the spread of Internet utilization and the use of computer assisted teaching methods in general.
