General Conditions

By submitting your manuscript, you agree that any resulting publication will be licensed under the Creative Commons 4.0 BY-NC-SA
You submit the paper with the knowledge and consent of all authors.
You submit original work that is not currently under consideration elsewhere and has not been previously published, except in pre-print databases.
All formatting requirements, except those that would remove the author's anonymity, are mandatory for the first submission.

Article length/ style

Please refer to the template, which includes instructions.

For the initial submission

The file you upload should be prepared for blind review: your name and any other personal information should be removed. Please also remove any acknowledgements, they can be added later. You can delete these parts of the template at this point.

Review process

The review process involves several people, invited reviewers and sometimes guest editors. The process usually takes 1.5-6 months, but ultimately depends on the invitees, with an average of about 3 months. We kindly ask for your patience.

After acceptance

Please follow the template, but this time include full names and affiliations, and add any funding and acknowledgment information.
